Responsibilities include assembling and polishing fibers and building optic units, while ensuring items meet company specifications and standards.
•Work from production work instructions, drawing and samples.
•Receive optical component work orders and parts and execute various polishing and assembling operations using small tools and microscopes.
•Elan elements and parts using tissue and cleaning solutions, cement lens assemblies, polish fibers ensuring assemblies meet very tight tolerance requirements.
•Report any discrepancies in materials to line leads or supervisors to resolve issues.
•Fill out associated, required production documentation accurately per work instructions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.

Experience with medical device assembly and testing, clean room assembly experience, and experience handling precision components required.

ALL THREE SHIFT AVAILABLE

• Tune & repair RF components, assemblies and sub-assemblies to established frequencies; set up and calibrate test stations.
• Perform in-process and final verification tests according to written test procedures using test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters and signal generators, maintain test documentation.
• Troubleshoot to the component level; maintain records and logs as required; identify potential problems in product and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Record and review test data using manual or computer-generated techniques.
• Inspect all work prior to releasing the work order for further processing.
• Improve and maintain work area 5S, make suggestions for improvements.
• Collaborate in team meetings and activities as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge in operation of signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers
• Precision soldering
• Good computer skills using various software programs (Microsoft Office, Factory test codes)
• Good understand of manufacturing documentation (Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings, PCB files)

Prepare and assemble electro-mechanical and fluidic systems per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test methods (TMs), Protocols or Engineering Requests to support Operations, R&D and Quality Department. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Perform product processing from preparation of raw materials to manufacturing of finished goods. This may include but is not limited to assembly of electrical/electronic components, assembly of mechanical components, assembly of fluidic systems, inspection, packaging, labeling, parts preparation, cleaning and assembly.
• Testing of equipment, in-process or finished products.
• Operate microscopes and other analytical instruments.
• Utilize clean room, laboratory and manufacturing equipment and special tools and fixtures.
• Maintain proper documentation for quality and compliance with GMP requirements. Complete appropriate paperwork necessary for maintaining good records.
• Interface with personnel within manufacturing and other internal departments.
• Adhere to applicable GMP and ISO rules and regulations
• Able to work independently and as well as a team player.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years’ experience in medical devices manufacturing.
• Must be familiar with FDA/GMP regulations.
• Able to read and write English language work instructions and technical drawings (including schematics), specifications and forms.
• Must be able to use lab equipment and basic hand tools such as microscope, oven, DI water system, sealer, screwdriver and wrench.

• Minimum of 2 years of Quality Administrative experience in manufacturing industry.
• Direct experience with Quality Management Systems, document control functions, and data collection.
• Quality systems experience in ISO9001 / AS9100 / ISO 13485.
• Experience dealing with rigorous customer quality and documentation requirements is preferred.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Quality Assurance processes, plans and procedures.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be proficient in the use of common business/quality software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication and written skills.

Salary 26.00 per hour.

•    Responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily.
•    Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner.
•    Check loads for accuracy for both inbound and outbound transports and delivery vehicle
•    Maintain an orderly process to shorten driver wait times
•    Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
•    Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
•    Identify and report close dated product.
•    Flexible to cross train across inventory functions including, but not limited to, raw materials, QI holds, and SAP to Basis
•    Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    Associate's degree preferred.
•    3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
•    Prior auditing experience preferred.
•    Strong computer and database skills
•    Strong math skills.
•    Ability to read and follow directions
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
•    Forklift certification is preferred.
•    SAP knowledge and skill preferred

• Construction of new injection molds from design/construction through initial mold testing.
• Maintenance, repair and modification of existing tooling, molds and fixtures.
• Operation of all typical tool room equipment including: EDM, CNC, Bridgeport mills, lathes, grinders and associated measuring devices.
• Program, setup and operate CNC and EDM machinery.
• Assist in the design, manufacture and maintenance of injection molds and fixtures.
• Use Solidworks and/or MasterCam to create electrodes based on mold design requirements.
• Must observe and adhere to ISO 9001 / AS9100 / ISO 13485 Quality System Procedures.

THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
•    Act as a contributing member of a cross-functional team in order to implement process/product improvements, product troubleshooting, complaint investigations, and design transfer.
•    Carry out experiments designed by supervisor, senior scientist or senior personnel and generate written report for data; make recommendation for additional experiments or testing.
•    Design, carry out and report moderately complex experiments.
•    Troubleshoot and provide recommendations to solve production problems.
•    Execute process validations per SOP’s as appropriate.
•    Perform complex calculations and implement GMP practices to daily assigned duties.
•    Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment including: pH meter, centrifuges, spectrophotometer, balances, pumps, hoods, water baths, incubators and micropipettes.
•    Display proficiency with EIA assay techniques, summarize data and interpret results.
•    Upkeep and maintenance of documentation required by department SOP’s.
•    Support company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, FDA/ISO regulations, and Good Manufacturing practices.
•    Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.        
•    Interact with all co-workers and management in a positive, supportive and cooperative way.

•    Must have at least two years of experience FDA medical device field.
•    Executes routine change packages (e.g. process redlines, proofread, make corrections, and document training)
•    Provides guidance to other departments during the document change process
•    Assists in the copying, scanning, filing of documents such as Validation Protocols, etc.
•    Maintains physical paper and electronic files
•    Tracks, monitors, and documents required training and periodic document reviews
•    Uses GDP (Good Documentation Practices) to correct records or assist others in correcting records
