The role of the Director of HR & Compliance is one with a strong background in a Human Resources (“HR”) executive role and extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources Management. DoHRC must have strong organizational, leadership and communication skills in addition to having self-discipline, sound judgment and flexibility. This position will have a proven successful track record in a supervisory role managing the day-to-day Human Resources functions and responsibilities while maintaining excellent communication and reporting relationships with multiple departments, field management, and Company Personnel at all levels. This position requires excellent analytical and strategic planning skills to help the Company propel growth and expansion on a national, multi-state level.
